Used to love this hotel but now it gets two stars. I am a Hilton Honors member and checked in online with a digital key. When I got to the hotel and proceeded to my room the man at the front desk screamed at me “where are you going!” and forced me to wait in line and check in again although I was already checked in. The next day when I asked for towels and my complimentary water the manager had the nerve to say I should have gotten it yesterday. This was our 4th trip and we will not be returning. There was a guy on a bike with a backpack riding through the parking lot soliciting people to buy drugs who approached me getting out of my car. Told the girl at the front desk but she opted to just flirt with my boyfriend hard in front of me instead of rectifying the situation Stay away!

Hotel has a good location! However, the visit was extremely disappointing. When we walked into our room, we found multiple different colored hairs on our sheets/pillowcases. We had to ask the staff to please change the sheets. We also found eyelash extensions on the bathroom sink, and it appeared very minimally cleaned after the last group of people had been in the room. Breakfast the following morning was pretty inedible. When I asked about the fresh fruit, staff responded that they were completely out. It was only 8am. The rest of the food made us sick (extremely greasy). The hallways had loud machines running - I’m not sure if this had to do with the AC, but our room was very hot during the entire stay. It seemed like no matter how low we set the temperature, the room was still hot. The elevators were also very muggy and were almost too hot to ride in. It didn’t seem like much air was circulating throughout the building. I appreciated that the staff was kind, but the management and cleanliness was extremely poor.

People that the hotel has no control over. Coming in all hours, slamming doors, yelling and talking very loud. Bathroom. Needs to be completely updated. Old worn out tub, faucets and sink that doesnÂ¿t drain.

Rm 209 smelled horrible. No rm serv for 4 days.I re checked in to get a new room. I was told no other rm was avail and no housekeeping avail.I was eventually given 232 after 3 hrs, it smelled like urine & my 1 yr old PU a pill that could kill him.Not cool

Excellent service, very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great, fitness center well-equipped. Dampness in the room was the only negative, but overall, highly recommended.
